YES! MagazineThis December, we visit the two-story contemporary home of Richard, Lucy, and Juliana Gomez in Forbes Park, Makati City. In the privacy and comfort of their Christmas abode, the good-looking family open up about their life outside the showbiz and political limelight. Richard, who is now taking his MBA, freely talks about his favorite pastime and his newfound passion for abstract art and fighting fish. Masaya ako sa family ko.”Lucy, for her part, candidly shares the secret to their 17-year marriage. She says, “Married life is always give and take. You have to know the dance, kasi it’s a dance, e. You have to choose your battles. I always say, if we don’t agree about something, it’s so petty. One year from now, it wouldn’t really matter, di ba?”For the first time, Richard also talks about his last-minute filing of his certificate of candidacy for the mayoral seat of Ormoc City.“Ormoc is a beautiful place. Ako, being an athlete all my life, I know the kind of events that can bring in people. I know the events that can excite the people to come to Ormoc. Ang daming puwedeng gawin, e.”‪#‎AlDub‬ fans would also be delighted to know that our December 2015 issue comes with a Special Collector’s Edition on Eat Bulaga’s history-making SA TAMANG PANAHON event, which was held at the Philippine Arena last October 24.
